Description
At level 130 the Elementor can progress to the 3rd job change - Arcanist. Masters of the arcane their magic tends to revolve around elemental powers. Arcanist's can wield the power of the heaven's aswell as the elements from their previous incarnation of an elementor.

The Arcanist can use Staves and Wands with a Wand they may not use Elementor skills, when equipping a wand they may use Shields.
Armor
They may equip any of their previous job's armor.

Speed Breaks
Arcanist is not a class that depends dexterity. Thus speed breaks are more or less useless for an Arcanist. Unless you plan on hitting your opponent with your Staff.
