Frankie is in charge of the applications to the Guild Siege as well the statues of the guilds who have joined. If necessary he will give you information on how to participate in the Siege, as well as the rules and conditions to enter.

Frankie a rookie when it comes to the Guild Siege, but regardless his training and connections allowed him to make it the big leagues and in charge of his very own booth. The only downfall is that seeing as he one of the employees of the Guild Siege, he is unable to precipitate. Though this doesn't meant that he doesn't occasionally sneak inside to have his 15 minutes of fame if he manages to sneak in with the team destined to win.
