He hold information about the Eastern Secret Room.

He has arrived in Madrigal to guard the entrance to the Secret East Room of the Forsaken Tower. He also can tell you what the tax rate in the eastern region are. Monsters in the East room do not give any EXP. Items dropped do not have any binding time, as only guild members will be in the room together.
