• Using this item will lower the level required to use a piece of equipment by 5. It does not affect anything except the required level. It can be used on weapons and armor. The effect does not stack on one item (can only be used once) and will not combine with a Scroll of Reduction A. To remove the effect of this scroll, visit (Jewel Manager) Peach in Flarine.
