Psykeeper Quest Part 3 Level Requirement : 60 After meeting up with Cuarine at the Fountain of Dead Person. You are required to find Ryupang in the Flarisian Fields near Madren Town.. Once you find Ryupang, you will be required to Deliver the Magic Underwear of Power to him, as odd as that sounds.

Ryupang Silog has been in Jung Hwa's army ever since his adolescent years. A straight forward and dedicated soldier, Ryupang is one of the finest in the Psykeeper unit following the philosophies of Offerep the Psykeeper hero. Although the spirits he is able to summon isn't as dark as most psykeepers, they still inflict enough damage to keep the evil ones away.

Thanks to his unique expertise, he became the leader of the Blue Flag unit by his earlier twenties. Although since his army of Psykeepers is rather shorthanded, he is willing to train any magician that has a passion for justice and follows that path of the Psykeeper hero.
