After meeting up with Guabrill at the Fountain of Dead Person. You are required to find Ata at the Flaris Observatory.

Once you find Ata, you will be required to give him the Earing of Heren to him, something that his family has been looking for for generation

Ata Mlleniut is a dedicated scholar studying to become an Astronomer. With the aid of his teacher, Noier, odds are he'll achieve this dream in no time. Although he is young, he knows more about the stars and the constellations than anyone would ever hope to know.

The Flaris Observatory is practically a second home to him, if not, actually is his home seeing as he never leaves it. He's been required to remain at the Observatory since he was child to find for something his family has been searching for generations. Even after he finds it however, he doesn't leave to return home. This may simply show how much he loves what he does. He hopes that one day, all his hard work will pay off thus officially marking his place in Madrigal's history.
