This quest may be done at pre-Master.
Objective : Meet Cheirang.

Quest Text:
- "Have you heard of Baruna Items? The Muran have a secret method of crafting, and they call their wares Baruna. I guarantee you that Baruna is stronger than anything you have seen thus far! Due to the method of creation the Muran use, Baruna items require a previously unknown method of upgrade. You will require a special Baruna Spirit in order to help you upgrade the Baruna items. You may get them from Cheirang . Are you interested?"
Accepting Quest Text:
- "Go and fetch one of the Baruna Spirits."
Denying Quest Text:
- "With that attitude you probably do not even need to worry about wielding a Baruna Weapon let alone upgrading one! HAHAHA"
During Quest Text:
- "I already told you, go get a Baruna Spirit from Cheirang."

Baruna Upgrading: Step 1
Quest Starting Location: Eillun
Quest : Baruna Upgrading: Step 1
NPC : (Pet Tamer) Cheirang
Quest Requirement : Level 120 ~ 150, previous stage in quest.
Objective : Summon the Training Spirit of the Smelting Udi, then Upgrade the Remnants of Order to a Fragment of Order. Make sure you unsummon Udi afterwards, then talk to Cheirang again. For process look here

Quest Text:
- "You already have heard you will need a Baruna Spirit to upgrade Baruna items, unfortunately, this is one of the components required. The actual component required to upgrade your item will be a Stone of Balance. You can create these by combining Chaos Stones, and Order Stones. Chaos Stones can be gathered by extracting the essence of certain items already found in Madrigal. You can extract Chaos Gems or Dregs of Chaos, better items will yield higher results. Order Stones must be gathered from killing Masquerpets, you will notice them now that you know what to look for. Stronger Masquerpets will drop higher grade Order Stones. Would you like to practice the upgrading process now?"
Accepting Quest Text:
- "I will give you 10 Remnants of Order and 1 Inferior Potion of Binding. Summon your Baruna Spirit Trainer and upgrade the Order Stone."
Denying Quest Text:
- "It really isn't that complicated, you shouldn't be intimidated."
During Quest Text:
- "Upgrade Remnants of Order to Fragments of Order via your Bruana Spirit Trainer."
Completed Quest Text:
- "See, I told you it was not that difficult! Make sure you unsummon your Baruna Spirit Trainer before we proceed."

Objective : Summon the Training Spirit of the Smelting Udi, then create a Stone of Balance using the supplied items. Make sure you unsummon Udi afterwards, then talk to Cheirang again. For process look here

Quest Text:
- "Now, lets start the next phase of the upgrading process. We will be combining a Crystal of Order and a Chaos Gem. In order to successfully combine these Stones, we will require Bareum Powder. I will Supply you with everything you need in order to try and create the Stone of Order. Are you ready to try now?"
Accepting Quest Text:
- "Summon your Baruna Spirit and use him to create a Stone of Balance. Then simply apply the proper regents, and combine them."
Denying Quest Text:
- "Are you sure, I was going to give you your very own Baruna Spirit when you finished practicing..."
During Quest Text:
- "Combine the Crystal of Order, Chaos Gem and the Bareum Powder together to create a Stone of Balance. Unsummon your Baruna Spirit to complete the quest."
Completed Quest Text:
- "Wow, you succeeded! You may use that Stone of Balance to upgrade a Baruna item. Items are safe to Level +3, but after Level +3, your items can be deleveled or even destoyed if you fail your attempt. I hope you understand the process of upgrading Baruna items now, I know it is complicated at first. I am confident you will do just fine though. Enjoy that Baruna Spirit as your reward for training!"
